Anastasi Jellum represented a community bank in litigation against a national title insurance company for a declaratory judgment to enforce a title insurance claim. The case was settled by the title insurance company agreeing to pay the entire claim.

Anastasi Jellum represented a lender in litigation seeking to enforce a title claim against a national title insurance company. The title company breached closing instructions and refused to provide coverage to our client. We proceeded to a bench trial, where the Court issued judgment in favor of our client its damages, which should have been covered by the title insurance policy.
